theCyprus is a complete gut remodel in the Cyprus Shores community of San Clemente. Built in 1988, the home had good bones and a coveted location two blocks from the water. The project opened the floor plan, introduced warm natural materials, and brought the architecture forward without losing what made it worth keeping.
